Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "jiy9", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the jiy9 platform and its operating entity, accessible at jiy9.io, providing online betting, casino, and gaming services to players in Bangladesh.
• "Platform" — refers to the jiy9 website, any associated mobile-optimised interface, and all services, features, products, and content made available through jiy9.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jiy9 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the jiy9 registration process.
• "Bet" or "Wager" — refers to any stake placed on a sports market, casino game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive awarded by jiy9 to a player's account, subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Wallet" — refers to the in-account balance held by a player on the Platform, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
• "Verification" — refers to the identity and payment verification process conducted by jiy9 to confirm a player's eligibility and the legitimacy of their payment methods.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" — refers to UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh. All Platform deadlines, event start times, and transaction timestamps are recorded in BST unless otherwise stated.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jiy9 Platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

jiy9 reserves the right to require that you re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time, including following a material update. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in restricted access to the Platform pending confirmation.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on jiy9, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jiy9 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or voluntary exclusion agreement with jiy9 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be listed on any national or international sanctions list or subject to any order that would restrict your ability to engage in online gaming activities.
• You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. If jiy9 detects that a player has created duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all secondary accounts will be closed, and any balances or winnings accrued in those accounts may be voided at jiy9's sole discretion.

jiy9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to give a reason for the refusal.

Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jiy9 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

You must notify jiy9 immediately at support@jiy9.io if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, or if your login credentials have been lost, stolen, or compromised. jiy9 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile wallet number and email address — up to date at all times.
• You are responsible for all bets and transactions placed through your account, whether or not you personally authorised them, unless you have previously notified jiy9 of a security breach.
• You must not use your jiy9 account for any purpose other than personal entertainment and lawful betting activity.
• jiy9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, pending investigation.

Account balances held on the Platform belong to the registered account holder and are not transferable to any other person or account. jiy9 does not pay interest on account balances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

jiy9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your wallet in real time following successful confirmation from the payment provider. jiy9 does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits made via supported mobile wallet methods.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within one to three hours during normal operating conditions. Funds are remitted exclusively to the mobile wallet or card registered to the account at the time of the withdrawal request.

• jiy9 will not process any withdrawal to a payment method not previously used for a deposit on the same account, except in cases of documented closure of the original payment method.
• jiy9 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if the transaction is flagged by the platform's anti-money-laundering controls.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods — such as during live BPL match events — may take longer than the standard processing window. jiy9 does not guarantee a fixed processing time under all circumstances.
• Any deposit made in error by a player does not constitute a claim against jiy9. Players should contact support immediately if an incorrect deposit is made.

Bonuses & Promotions

jiy9 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of each promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Eligible Markets: Certain bonuses may be restricted to specific sports markets, casino game categories, or minimum odds thresholds. Bets placed on excluded markets will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus not wagered in full within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically, with no obligation on jiy9 to reinstate it.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless a promotion explicitly permits the stacking of bonuses, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: jiy9 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus — and to recover any winnings derived from an abused bonus — where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms.

jiy9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not retroactively alter the terms applicable to a bonus already credited to an active account.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on jiy9 are subject to the general betting rules set out in this section and any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been accepted by the jiy9 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. A bet not confirmed by the system — due to connection loss, technical error, or any other reason — is not valid.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet, regardless of any subsequent movement.
• Void Bets: jiy9 reserves the right to void any bet where it has been placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet in full.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds are clearly and obviously wrong — for example, decimal odds of 100.0 offered on a heavy favourite — jiy9 reserves the right to void the bet regardless of the stage at which the error is detected.
• Maximum Winnings: jiy9 applies a maximum payout limit per bet and per player per day. Current limits are displayed in the Platform's betting rules section and are subject to change at jiy9's discretion.
• Match Integrity: Any bet placed on an event that jiy9 has reasonable grounds to believe has been subject to match-fixing or corrupt conduct will be voided. jiy9 cooperates fully with sports governing bodies and law enforcement authorities in the investigation of match integrity concerns.

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to additional rules, including the right of jiy9 to suspend markets at any time without notice during a live event if the integrity of the market cannot be assured.

Casino & Game Rules

jiy9's casino products — including live dealer tables, slot games, fishing games, and crash games — are provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface prior to play.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiy9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain. Players who discover a technical error are required to notify jiy9 support immediately rather than continuing to exploit the error.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt conduct in relation to any sporting event or casino game offered on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or engage in any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Registering or operating more than one account, or registering an account using false, stolen, or fictitious personal information.
• Allowing any third party — including a minor — to access or use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards jiy9 staff or other players through any channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or any other personal detail to jiy9 for any purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jiy9 Platform — including but not limited to the jiy9 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jiy9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform without prior written consent from jiy9.
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use jiy9's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that implies a commercial association or endorsement not approved by jiy9.
• Systematically extract, scrape, or harvest data from the Platform for any commercial or competitive purpose.

• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiy9's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. In all other cases, jiy9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player to their jiy9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Amendments to Terms

jiy9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
